Terms & Conditions

Rental policies.

The essentials that apply to every Lydian Impact booking. The full agreement is included in your rental contract.

Booking & Deposits

All rentals require a signed application and a 50% deposit to secure your date. The balance is due on delivery or pickup. Deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of the event.

Cancellations

  • More than 14 days before the event — full refund minus a 10% admin fee.
  • 7 to 14 days before — 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Less than 7 days — non-refundable; credit may be applied to a future rental at our discretion.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery is available islandwide. Fees are calculated by distance from Kingston and are confirmed on application. Client must provide safe access, level ground for equipment, and a responsible adult present at delivery and pickup.

Damage, Loss & Cleaning

Equipment is inspected before and after every rental. The renter is responsible for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning beyond normal use. Charges are billed against the deposit and any additional balance invoiced.

Vehicle Rentals

  • Valid driver's license, minimum age 25, and government-issued ID required.
  • Fuel returned at the level received or refuelled at our cost plus a service fee.
  • Off-road and out-of-parish use only with prior written approval.
  • All traffic violations remain the renter's responsibility.

Pool & Water Equipment

Pools must be sited on level ground away from electrical outlets. Adult supervision is required at all times. Lydian Impact is not responsible for injuries resulting from unsupervised use.

Sound & Electrical Equipment

Client is responsible for providing adequate power supply. Equipment must be sheltered from rain and direct sun. Any modification or connection to third-party gear must be pre-approved.

Liability

Lydian Impact Enterprise is not liable for injury, damage, or loss arising from misuse of rented equipment or vehicles. Client agrees to hold Lydian Impact harmless for the duration of the rental period.

Privacy

Information submitted on the rental application is used solely to process your booking and communicate about your event. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
